At 361 Degrees, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
